Same here. When I signed up the Sunday Riley item didn’t show up on the confirmation page, so I emailed them. I said that I do not want the box if I am not getting the gift, since it was the only reason I subscribed. I received no reply and no gift. I also referred a friend and should have gotten the drunk elephant gift as well, but I didn’t. Customer service is completely ignoring me.
We decided to call in the experts. First, we lined up in a conference room and took pictures of our tired-looking eyes—first thing in the morning, and makeup free. Then I called up a couple dermatologists and asked them to review the photos and tell me what we were looking at. I’m not saying that we needed to be diagnosed or that we had “problems” that needed to be “fixed.” But we knew we had these things that bothered us, and we wanted to learn about what we were working with, and what tricks we could use to minimize their appearance. The dermatologists I spoke to explained what makes eyes puffy, what causes dark circles, and what so-called bags even are. They pointed out the telltale signs in our photos, and gave their expert recommendations for how to treat them.
I signed up on Dec 17, money came out of my account on Dec 18, but I still have no box. I haven’t’ even been charged for January yet and I’ve heard not a peep from Allure. I’ll be calling to cancel on my lunch break. Seems to me as they are picking and choosing who they will email and who they won’t. Going a month without hearing anything is not cool. Since they haven’t shipped anything, they can just give me my money back.
I never received my December box also… they told me I never paid for it when I called into customer service and talked to one of the customer service reps and gave her my card number. They told.me they were out of the December box. I just got a email about my refund and then one about my January box… I wonder if they are refunding people about the December box or a missing product… hopefully they work everything out soon. I never received my snack nation boxes also…
Unlike anything I’ve ever used before. It goes on thick and makes my skin feel amazing. I started using this product line about a month ago and so far everything ive tried has exceeded my expectations. The first product I used was the rapid 3 in 1 wash because it sounded so convenient. I loved it. The fact that everything is all natural is also a huge win. Brickell has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. My background is in the luxury hospitality business and I feel that Brickell truly cares about their customers. I was looking for a premium brand that offers efffective products and this is definitely the stuff to get. Keep doing what you’re doing Brickell.

Each month’s box contents will vary, but the company states that they will all contain at least five products and occasionally six or seven. Each product will be unique, though some boxes can have different variations of a similar item. I’m not a fan of any Bliss products, they seem harsh. I’ve been spending time researching ingredients and choosing products based on that, not just reviews. We have chemists among us but that does not make them experts on skin itself. Many people’s skin reacts in different ways. I’m loving how gentle Tacha products are and I am seeing real results, something many beauty lines claim but have not really come through for me. Trouble is Tacha is so expensive, however, the travel sizes go a long way and I can afford those. Fantastic line!
Amazon had some sort of sale so I signed for a few subscriptions to see if anything was worth it. After the first month, the only one I kept was Allure. I'm a serious skincare person and a terrible make-up person but the box had a nice blend of both -- enough make-up for me to play with and some good skincare stuff/brands I hadn't seen. The second month I got an envelope in the mail and it's a single Kat Von D lipliner -- I'm not a fan of her make-up line and thought 'yep, this is it, subscription boxes suck' and canceled. Tonight, I got home and there's a proper box with some great make-up and two different face oils to try (and seriously, no joke, I was googling face oils today). So I signed back up and am now writing this review.
