It’s not hard to cancel Allure at all. I think people just aren’t looking hard enough on the website. Go to FAQ’s. It’ll help. Also, my experience with customer service for the past 5 years has been stellar. I dunno. I think it’s important to use diplomacy for best outcomes with these companies. I always start with praise and tell them I know they will offer the best solution to the problem/complaint. It has worked for me.

No, I’m not surprised, Angelina wants it all, custody, child support, the claims she made have never been proven and it hurts the children when you make a parent out to be the bad one (if they are bad the kids will figure that out, mine did). Still no tracking for me. I changed my card cause I don’t even know if I want to deal with February or March. I am curious for April though haha. They say they will BILL us when our box SHIPS and that isn’t the case. I wouldn’t care if that were true but I was charged for 2 boxes before I ever even got the first one. And now will be charged a 3rd before I receive the 2nd (last time it took 14 days to get to me after I got the confirmation email)

Nope, no shipping email or info even though I was charged. I emailed customer service who, a week later, sent a canned response saying I’ll get tracking when it ships, in the mean time log into my account. Completely useless info. My account says update payment method (I paid w first box using PayPal) and I don’t want to put a credit card number in and mess anything up, especially since I already paid. Anyone else know what’s going on in this situation? Do others accounts show the order and status, such as “processing” or anything?
Worst experience ever. It has now been a month and a half and I still have not received my box. I have made numerous phone calls to customer service and each time they were curt and rude. I finally got a tracking number after different reps kept telling me different stories. The tracking information said it would be updated within 42 to 48 hours. Going on 96 hours tracking information has still not updated so I called customer service. The gentleman that picked up the phone treated me like I was an imbecile.
