Each month’s box contents will vary, but the company states that they will all contain at least five products and occasionally six or seven. Each product will be unique, though some boxes can have different variations of a similar item. For instance, the November 2018 box include a Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment Mask, Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Jelly Sheet Mask, and a Lapcos Metallic Sheet Mask in Pearl.
Same here. When I signed up the Sunday Riley item didn’t show up on the confirmation page, so I emailed them. I said that I do not want the box if I am not getting the gift, since it was the only reason I subscribed. I received no reply and no gift. I also referred a friend and should have gotten the drunk elephant gift as well, but I didn’t. Customer service is completely ignoring me.

We’ve all seen movie makeover scenes involving someone sporting a brightly colored face mask, paired with cucumber slices over their eyes, but is that really a thing? As it turns out, yes! It makes sense if you think about it. “Cool as a cucumber” isn’t a saying for nothing. The cool quality of the cucumber slices can aid in reducing puffiness. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that you’ll feel like you’re straight out of your favorite rom com.
Subscribed to the beauty box via MSA in early August, inputted a different shipping and billing address and they shipped it to my billing address anyway. I called and asked Allure why would they ask for that information if they're going to ship it to the billing address regardless, and they said that there are multiple ways to sign up and usually it defaults to the billing address, even if the shipping option is specified (so why even ask for shipping if that's the case? remove the option?). I contacted them multiple times via phone to see when they would send my beauty box (to the correct address this time). I was originally told 5-10 business days. After ten business days with no box, I reached back out and this time spoke to a manager. She was understanding, refunded my money, said she would send it out again but she informed me they only ship boxes out ONCE A MONTH. it would be 21-30 days for me to receive that box.
So I received the same email early this morning about the title line being a refund and bonus box, but then when I open the body of the email it says that there was a shipping delay and my January box would be shipping next week. I will be a little upset if I don’t receive the Sunday Riley products and a bunch of random crap in a box since I signed up in December and my payment posted on 01/04 for January. I am also expecting a box from Amazon, it says that one has shipped, has anyone received their box from Amazon yet? and If so did it have the SR products in it?
Amazon had some sort of sale so I signed for a few subscriptions to see if anything was worth it. After the first month, the only one I kept was Allure. I'm a serious skincare person and a terrible make-up person but the box had a nice blend of both -- enough make-up for me to play with and some good skincare stuff/brands I hadn't seen. The second month I got an envelope in the mail and it's a single Kat Von D lipliner -- I'm not a fan of her make-up line and thought 'yep, this is it, subscription boxes suck' and canceled. Tonight, I got home and there's a proper box with some great make-up and two different face oils to try (and seriously, no joke, I was googling face oils today). So I signed back up and am now writing this review.
