Worst experience ever. It has now been a month and a half and I still have not received my box. I have made numerous phone calls to customer service and each time they were curt and rude. I finally got a tracking number after different reps kept telling me different stories. The tracking information said it would be updated within 42 to 48 hours. Going on 96 hours tracking information has still not updated so I called customer service. The gentleman that picked up the phone treated me like I was an imbecile.
I agree completely. I’m pretty bent about waiting this long particularly when they took my money way earlier than ever before! 99% of the time it’s always on the 9th regardless of the day of the week in the entire almost 2 years I’ve been a loyal subscriber. This month, I was charged on the 4th. What they should have done is send out emails the day they realized the nail polish was going to be late, send the boxes the way they were and then ship the nail polish separately or in next month’s box. Their supplier issue isn’t my fault nor is it my fault that they advertised the living daylights out of this box and now can’t keep up. I do believe they are lying. If my neighbor who is a new subscriber, (this is her 1st month), got both of her boxes, where is mine? She got both on the same day, Amazon did not have the polish but the through allure did? 🤔 New customers got there’s and so did MSA but not their long time, loyal customers? Bad way to handle it
So I received the same email early this morning about the title line being a refund and bonus box, but then when I open the body of the email it says that there was a shipping delay and my January box would be shipping next week. I will be a little upset if I don’t receive the Sunday Riley products and a bunch of random crap in a box since I signed up in December and my payment posted on 01/04 for January. I am also expecting a box from Amazon, it says that one has shipped, has anyone received their box from Amazon yet? and If so did it have the SR products in it?
I decided to try out Allure and I really regret it. I made my subscription purchase on December 31st hoping to get the January box. I was charged twice at their "first-time subscriber" rate. Then a couple days later I was charged the full price of a box on top of that. I emailed the same day I made my order and heard nothing back within 48 hours. I then emailed again. Nothing. Finally I called in. I was informed that one of the charges was refunded (though my bank account still doesn't reflect this). I was also told that of you sign up at the end of the month they will charge you for both that month and the next month.

Mine supposedly shipped yesterday. I’m so excited for it! I went ahead and ordered it because I had seen several people unbox it on YouTube. The value of the products is unbelievable for January. My theory is that allure had so many unsatisfied customers and cancellations from all the issues last year that they’re going to work really hard to bring those customers back this year. I think their goal is to make things right again and I predict some really good boxes in our future. I could be wrong but let’s hope not. 🤞

The consistency, in my jar, is thick like pomade/defining paste for hair. This confused me since the instructions on the label say to “shake well before each use.” I’ve used it only at night since it is so thick and greasy no matter how little I used. No more than 1 hour after applying it I noticed that it becomes grainy on my skin and when I’d rub it particles would fall off like dandruff. It reminds me of how glue from a glue stick feels after it dries on your fingers and begins falling off.
Nope, no shipping email or info even though I was charged. I emailed customer service who, a week later, sent a canned response saying I’ll get tracking when it ships, in the mean time log into my account. Completely useless info. My account says update payment method (I paid w first box using PayPal) and I don’t want to put a credit card number in and mess anything up, especially since I already paid. Anyone else know what’s going on in this situation? Do others accounts show the order and status, such as “processing” or anything?
Awesome Box, Bad Customer Service! I gave the Allure Beauty Box a try for a year and while 8/10 times I loved the items I was mailed, the customer service and lack there of was a deal breaker for me. When they send out the 'spoiler' email it was always without a link, the tracking number came more often than not after my package arrived and after January's huge SNAFU (first they send out a mass email that they have canceled your order, then they send another that reads they have refunded your money and will be sending out a free box, but when this message is opened it says nothing of the sort, and finally an "oops" message stating the box will ship "soon" which for me was another 2 weeks. I decided to cancel my subscription, because what should be a fun, enjoyable treat was becoming nothing but stress.
