I signed up on Dec 17, money came out of my account on Dec 18, but I still have no box. I haven’t’ even been charged for January yet and I’ve heard not a peep from Allure. I’ll be calling to cancel on my lunch break. Seems to me as they are picking and choosing who they will email and who they won’t. Going a month without hearing anything is not cool. I've been a subscriber for 5 months. For the last 4 of those 5 months, I've been charged for the box and weeks later have had to email to ask where the box is. Only then does my box ever get shipped. Today I decided to call instead of email. The first person I spoke to was very friendly and understood my frustration. He told me he saw in my account that my box has "missed the truck" literally every month. He transferred me to a supervisor to further assist me. That's where the problems really start. He left me with this HORRIBLE woman who was the nastiest customer service representative I've ever spoken to. She basically tried to tell me that it didn't miss the truck and it was leaving the warehouse today.

What they should have done is send out emails the day they realized the nail polish was going to be late, send the boxes the way they were and then ship the nail polish separately or in next month’s box. Their supplier issue isn’t my fault nor is it my fault that they advertised the living daylights out of this box and now can’t keep up. I do believe they are lying. If my neighbor who is a new subscriber, (this is her 1st month), got both of her boxes, where is mine? She got both on the same day, Amazon did not have the polish but the through allure did? 🤔 New customers got there’s and so did MSA but not their long time, loyal customers? Bad way to handle it
I liked the products that I received but the service quality has me pretty angry. I told them to cancel my subscription as I only wanted to try one box. They told me to contact them again after I received an order confirmation. Got the confirmation, sent them another cancellation request, and didn’t hear back. A week later Paypal notifies me that Allure charged me another month. No matter how nice the samples are, I hate getting money stolen and poor customer service. Will not use again - Sincerely, a very pissed customer 🙃

Over the course of 12 hours I have gotten 3 conflicting emails from Allure regarding my January box. First I was told they cancelled my box and refunded my money, then they told me they are running behind and i will get in next week, then i get an oopsie we sent you wrong information i have been charged and they will send out a tracking number next week.
I don’t understand why ppl accuse these companies of scamming. That is bs. This company did not get to where it is by scamming. When they send something other than the sub boxes, they don’t use tracking because it is an added cost. This is typical of all Beauty companies. I have had boxes stolen from outside my apartment door on a few occasions. Once I had an Allure box stolen and they replaced it at no charge and with no questions asked. I think a lot of the result people get is caused by how they talk to the company. I personally find that the more reasonable I am when speaking to them about a problem, the more reasonable they are about a solution. But to call them scammers I think is really off the mark because most companies do their best to try and please their customers, that is how they stay in business. It just bugs me when people assume that everything is always their fault.
