Subscribed to the beauty box via MSA in early August, inputted a different shipping and billing address and they shipped it to my billing address anyway. I called and asked Allure why would they ask for that information if they're going to ship it to the billing address regardless, and they said that there are multiple ways to sign up and usually it defaults to the billing address, even if the shipping option is specified (so why even ask for shipping if that's the case? remove the option?). I contacted them multiple times via phone to see when they would send my beauty box (to the correct address this time). I was originally told 5-10 business days. After ten business days with no box, I reached back out and this time spoke to a manager. She was understanding, refunded my money, said she would send it out again but she informed me they only ship boxes out ONCE A MONTH. it would be 21-30 days for me to receive that box.
We also liked La Prairie’s packaging choice. Its completely opaque pump bottle carries an even smaller risk of exposure to oxygen and sunlight than Dr. Dennis' eye dropper, and means you can precisely measure out how much cream you need. Testers also liked the sheer appearance of the bottle itself calling it “otherworldly.” It’s sleek, minimal, and futuristic.

So disgusted!!! I've only had this subscription for 3 months (May being the third month) and all 3 months I've had to contact customer service! The first month- it was 3 weeks after my payment posted to my bank account before I received an email stating my box was shipped and on its way. They said that's how it goes with the first months box. So ok. Then the second month, April, the money is posted to my account. When you sign up it states onces the money is withdrawn from your bank account, once it posts you will receive an email stating it has shipped. So 3-4 days go by still no email. A week. Still no email. Once again almost 3 weeks go by before I receive an email that the box has even shipped! They tell me sorry for the delay, I write back saying, "yes I see that there is a delay, but why is there such a delay? When you order it states once the money is posted in your account you will receive an email about shipping, not several weeks later" no reply back. So this month (May) I check my bank account and I notice that they double charged me. Once on May 11th and again on May 14th. I write them about this double charge asking to be reimbursed. Later that day (may 16th) there is a reversal charge and the money is put back into my account. They get back to me on the 18th stating that "there was only one charge which was May 11th which is for my beauty box and that their records show no charge on May 14th!!! So I wrote them back and told them that is strange because I can see it right on my account. I took pictures of both charges with the dates as well as the reversal charge and told them I don't know how it was taken care of but thankfully it was because it doesn't sound like I would of received much help!!! I am seriously debating cancelling my subscription. I do like the products which is why I gave this review one star! Let's see when i receive the email about shipping! As of today it has been a week since the payment was posted to my bank account!!!
And they wanted in—or really, I wanted them to want in. I would do those fitness supplement–peddling Ponzi schemes proud with my insistence that my friends, family, and co-workers try dermarolling themselves. But then again, it’s probably easier to convince someone to try a protein shake than roll hundreds of tiny needles into her face. That’s fair.

However, I did recently called allure customer service to cancel the subscription because I been having too much product building up in my house and I wanna finish them before buying more and more products. When I called them, they offer me a gift box if I am willing to come back another month —any month— and the gift box they sent was exactly like their monthly box !!! And it was for freeee!!! Their customer service was awesome !!!

Store this bottle in a cool place and away from direct sunlight, which may weaken ingredients.
I am a fan of this subsciption box, I am pleasantly surprised by this little box when it arrives. It is a good price for the amount & quality of products. I subtracted a star because it would be perfect if you could set the color scheme of the products. When something arrives in a color I can’t wear, I’m stuck with it. So far one lip color I’ve received is not good on me, but I will give to a friend. Many products are either skin care/hair care/nail care, so color is a non issue & that’s great. Most of the colored items have been good, but, not all. I do love opening the box to see what kind of treasure it holds. I also love the little piece of literature that explains each product. Overall it’s a fun, sweet little treat I’ve given myself & always a high point when I find it waiting in my mailbox.
