This happened to me. I ended up calling the Conde Nast main number to complain. I was told, if you get the subscription box, you cannot get the Black Friday 3 month deal and extra gifts. It’s for NEW customers only. I told them I thought that was BS since, it didn’t state it on the offer that it was for new customers only. They charged, refunded, and charged again, but they ended up refunding me. The computer tries to debit the money from your card automatically but it bounces back as you cannot have 2 open accounts. Getting that deal would have opened a new account and will screw up the subscription. I was waiting over a month for my box and gifts and I HAD TO CALL TO GET THE INFO that I wasn’t getting it. SOB’s!!!! But I love ALLURE, I get the magazine too., I ended up getting a deal off amazon. I still get the subscription but it’s a month to month . SMH! Sorry this happened to you 🙁

I signed up again and they promised to send me the December box and the Sunday Riley. I recieved by box with the nail polish already shattered and damaging every single product in the box so I emailed TWICE asking nicely for a replacement or for a refund and I got no reply so when I finally called after 6 days of no response the woman on the phone didn't so much as even fake apologize she just said "okay you're cancelled" and that was all. Rude and I'll be telling everyone I know. I also referred a bunch of people who signed up and then after this I got them all to cancel and will be telling everyone I can to not waste their money/time. Simple customer service skills could have gone a long way. Damaged items are an easy fix but the people they have replying to emails and phone calls are the real damaged items.

I'm no stranger to subscription boxes so I was expecting the usual mediocre bunch of products with a few that stood out but ALL of this was great! I received the January 2019 box and got TWO Sunday Riley products which is pretty insane just price wise. The other products were a mix of hair and makeup that I was really pleased with the quality of. I don’t understand why ppl accuse these companies of scamming. That is bs. This company did not get to where it is by scamming. When they send something other than the sub boxes, they don’t use tracking because it is an added cost. This is typical of all Beauty companies. I have had boxes stolen from outside my apartment door on a few occasions. Once I had an Allure box stolen and they replaced it at no charge and with no questions asked. I think a lot of the result people get is caused by how they talk to the company. I personally find that the more reasonable I am when speaking to them about a problem, the more reasonable they are about a solution. But to call them scammers I think is really off the mark because most companies do their best to try and please their customers, that is how they stay in business. It just bugs me when people assume that everything is always their fault.
