I got offered $10 for 4 months after saying that I wanted to cancel. I signed up in November and I’ve had to email them every single month to get my box. I told them to give me the January box that I’ve paid for and I want to cancel. I got a bunch of emails that also said, “oops” etc. I use to sub with them and never had a problem. I quit because, the box started to look like SephoraPlay/Ipsy. A bunch of little samples. I’m thinking about what to do next. I’m going to comb through my bank statement because, I have a suspicion that I’ve been multiple charged by them. Thanks for listening.

If I open the message, the subject says nothing about a refund and free box, and the body of the e-mail just says they apologize for the shipping delay. Horrible service!!! I signed up for December on the 6th and didn't receive my box until the 27th. I was not happy with items and decided to cancel my subscription. They wouldn't answer the phone so I sent an email. They charged my credit card today!! I called to complain and they told me that because of the holidays they probably haven't even gotten to my email yet and can't refund me for January even though they haven't sent the box yet. I told the customer service rep (Nick) that I wanted a refund. He said he couldn't give me one until the box was sent and I sent it back!! WOW!! Horrible!! Now i have to dispute the charge with my credit card company!! Don't order from Allure!!!!

Ive not been a fan either but these 2 products are superb. They created the retinol for those who do not not the existing one. I dont like the one they already had. This one is actually really good. As far as the oil omg it truly is amazing. It makes my skin so so soft. While it does have the natural oil smell its good it doesnt have fragrance. It contains so many good for you ingredients. I’ve already noticed my face looks more plump and less dull using both of these products.
