Ok I just got off the phone with customer service regarding the delay of the box and the email. I received this email and was pretty confused. Customer service states the email was a glitch, it was a mistake and should never have gone out. There are no replacement boxes or refunds, that the January boxes have not mailed out because they are waiting on the products to arrive. (Which seems strange and inaccurate because I literally just read in this feed where a lady already recieved her box with the Sunday Riley products). I really hate to act entitled, but I’ve been with Allure for years now, if it is in fact a screw up they have a duty to tell us, and they have a duty to fulfil subscriptions by seniority.

I got my CEO Serum last Friday. I was happy, considering that I never thought I was going to get it. I signed up for two boxes, at least through this month, because everything I’ve ever tried from Sunday Riley has worked great for my skin. I got an email this morning that confused me though – it was an update on my January box. In the preview of the gmail, it said that allure was sorry for the delay, processing a refund, and sending me a free box” but when I open the email, it says “your box should ship out next week”. Sooo which is which? I really don’t wanna get suckered out of the SR.

This product is great to wear during the day and at night. After I shower I put Anti-Aging Reviving Day Serum all over my face. I let it dry and than I use the Brickell Restoring Eye Cream. Than i put the Ani-Aging Cream last. At night I just use the Brickell Men's Ani-Aging Cream. I turned 50 this year and I have tried many other brands but if you want a real men's focused products this is the best that I have tried. I am in sales and most people guess I am in my early 40's so if I can slow the the appearance of aging I will. I now use 5 different products from Brickell and I love them. Cheers!
I signed up with the Sunday Riley deal and had issues with my account. I had a pending charge for weeks and it finally fell off. I called them and they said I didn’t have an account. I signed up again and they promised to send me the December box and the Sunday Riley. I have only received the January box and have a feeling they told me what I wanted to hear just to keep me signed up. I’ve read the horror stories on here and hoped I wouldn’t have the same experience.
Having been blessed with mixed skin, I have struggled to find the right facial cream for my skin type. In fact, up until recently I all but gave up on finding the right product as one after the other would yield disspoainting results (e.g. cause breakouts or just stay on like a slimy film). My friend recommended this product to me, and I am so glad I gave it a shot. The cream applies super easily and dries so so fast. Skin feels rejuvenated. I apply it before going to bed, and it's my new favorite nightly ritual. Highly recommend you give it a try, I will order again!

Talked to Allure 3 times and got 3 somewhat different stories. I did get a shipping email but that is only Allure letting USPS that they should be on the lookout for the package. USPS is still waiting on my box. At this point, I am going to be asking for a refund for this month. I love the box but after over 2 years of of being a loyal customer, I feel they could be and should be doing better in customer service and well, everything! Email customer service?! Lol! Lol! Lol! Nope! I think I’ve only ever gotten 1 response in 2 years and not one email returned this month. Their phone CS and email CS are not integrated, 2 separate things going on there. Eh? That does not make any sense in this day and age. Even their website is beyond outdated. There’s not much info for subscribers and their accounts. The whole variation thing too. I don’t even want those tiny worthless beauty blenders. I told CS that it seems they’ve taken care of the newer customers and left the loyals hanging. “Pretty much…..” I actually told them that if I get those beauty blenders, I’m putting them back in the box and putting ‘return to sender ‘ on it. She said not to do that because it would cost regular rates for them. Well, then maybe then the ‘editor ‘ will get the message. The original content spoilers released by Allure are what I expect. 😳 I love the products and sizes I get from this sub so please don’t tell me I should cancel. No, Allure needs to get it together.
I’ve had Allure for a year. In that time frame there have only been 2 boxes that were like the Feb box looks. So I can handle that, bc all other months are freaking amazing for $15. Just wanted to mention this, but you can also SKIP a month, not be billed for it, see the next month’s spoilers here, and continue with that next months box without having to cancel and re-subscribe if you’re wanting the March box. =)
Awesome Box, Bad Customer Service! I gave the Allure Beauty Box a try for a year and while 8/10 times I loved the items I was mailed, the customer service and lack there of was a deal breaker for me. When they send out the 'spoiler' email it was always without a link, the tracking number came more often than not after my package arrived and after January's huge SNAFU (first they send out a mass email that they have canceled your order, then they send another that reads they have refunded your money and will be sending out a free box, but when this message is opened it says nothing of the sort, and finally an "oops" message stating the box will ship "soon" which for me was another 2 weeks. So disgusted!!! I've only had this subscription for 3 months (May being the third month) and all 3 months I've had to contact customer service! The first month- it was 3 weeks after my payment posted to my bank account before I received an email stating my box was shipped and on its way. They said that's how it goes with the first months box. So ok. Then the second month, April, the money is posted to my account. When you sign up it states onces the money is withdrawn from your bank account, once it posts you will receive an email stating it has shipped. So 3-4 days go by still no email. A week. Still no email. Once again almost 3 weeks go by before I receive an email that the box has even shipped! They tell me sorry for the delay, I write back saying, "yes I see that there is a delay, but why is there such a delay? When you order it states once the money is posted in your account you will receive an email about shipping, not several weeks later" no reply back. So this month (May) I check my bank account and I notice that they double charged me. Once on May 11th and again on May 14th. I write them about this double charge asking to be reimbursed. Later that day (may 16th) there is a reversal charge and the money is put back into my account. They get back to me on the 18th stating that "there was only one charge which was May 11th which is for my beauty box and that their records show no charge on May 14th!!! So I wrote them back and told them that is strange because I can see it right on my account. I took pictures of both charges with the dates as well as the reversal charge and told them I don't know how it was taken care of but thankfully it was because it doesn't sound like I would of received much help!!! I am seriously debating cancelling my subscription. I do like the products which is why I gave this review one star! Let's see when i receive the email about shipping! As of today it has been a week since the payment was posted to my bank account!!!

People are saying that Allure is supposed to get them on the 7th and they will ship with the Jan boxes. I think it’s funny that it seems like they waited an extra long time to send these out to weed out the scammers who only got the one box for the high-priced free goodie. I have had allure for over a year, and I cancelled after the Nov box bc I wasn’t interested in the Dec box. So when this promo popped up, I said what the heck and resigned back up. I got a second Nov box, which came in handy for extras in gifts at Christmas, and ended up really liking the Dec box. I haven’t gotten the CEO yet, but if they do end up sending it with the Jan box, I’ll be pleasantly surprised. If I don’t get it, oh well. I still got my money’s worth and then some.
