I subscribed on Dec. 8th, 2018. Allure charged my bank account that very same day. No delays there. I understood that they ship boxes the third week of the month, and that is when I received my tracking number. Note: They also say, you will be billed on the same day of month as when you sign up. I received my December 2018 box on December 24th, which was a great day... Christmas Eve. As I was looking at the "new to me" subscription box as a Christmas present to myself. So this was my first Allure box ever. My box arrived with one item in it...damaged.

Ive not been a fan either but these 2 products are superb. They created the retinol for those who do not not the existing one. I dont like the one they already had. This one is actually really good. As far as the oil omg it truly is amazing. It makes my skin so so soft. While it does have the natural oil smell its good it doesnt have fragrance. It contains so many good for you ingredients. I’ve already noticed my face looks more plump and less dull using both of these products.
I never received my December box also… they told me I never paid for it when I called into customer service and talked to one of the customer service reps and gave her my card number. They told.me they were out of the December box. I just got a email about my refund and then one about my January box… I wonder if they are refunding people about the December box or a missing product… hopefully they work everything out soon. I never received my snack nation boxes also…
So I received the same email early this morning about the title line being a refund and bonus box, but then when I open the body of the email it says that there was a shipping delay and my January box would be shipping next week. I will be a little upset if I don’t receive the Sunday Riley products and a bunch of random crap in a box since I signed up in December and my payment posted on 01/04 for January. I am also expecting a box from Amazon, it says that one has shipped, has anyone received their box from Amazon yet? and If so did it have the SR products in it?
I got an email on the 20th saying I will not be getting this months box because I updated my credit card info. I updated my info on January 2, 2020 and they waited until January 20th to email me I am so not happy. I had to update my credit card because I was hacked over Christmas. I didn’t think when you updated online it takes them almost a month to process. Next time I’ll call if I did I probably would be getting my box.

I subscribed to the Beauty Box and got charged for it right away, however, it took about 3 weeks to get the actual box, in the meantime they had already charged me for the next month's box, which confused me so I emailed them to ask why the extra charge and got no response, emailed again and again no response, so I finally called them to which they told me that it was the following month's charge. How can they charge you for the next month and still not send the previous month's box? By the way, as I am writing this, I still haven't received the next box, they charged me for it on 1/7 and today is 1/28, and I was told that i was going to have to wait another 7-10 days for me to receive it, something about a product missing, so almost a month after I paid for it, still haven't got it. So after reading a lot of bad reviews about customer service and how it was difficult to cancel your membership, I decided to just that, I had to call them again because they make it very difficult for you to cancel, you can't just do it from your account online like all other boxes, you have to call them and wait on the phone for a long time and when you tell them you want to cancel, they offer you 4 boxes at 12 dollars per box. That was kind of weird to me, but even at $12 it's not worth the headache. Going back to Boxycharm, that is one of the best boxes out there.
I've been a subscriber since late summer 2018. I liked my first box & loved the December box. The boxes in between were mediocre (gave most of the contents away). Well, I've been trying to cancel for WEEKS. I have gotten nothing but automated responses AND was charged earlier than usual for the next month... You know, for a box I don't want! Upon discussing this with others? I'm not alone!
