I signed up. I was unable to sign into my account due to their error. I tried emailing them. They didn’t get back to me within the 48 business hours that the automatic email response said so I requested to cancel. I got another automatic response that I was canceled but if I wanted to stay they would discount the rate. I replied with that I just wanted to cancel. My account kept saying active so I keep contacting them to cancel. I wrote 8 emails and gave them 3 weeks. However I Woke up today to them taking out another months box payment.
I don’t think Sunday Riley does much of anything either. Used that C cream, lactic serum, luna oil. It does nothing. I usually use much more clinical brands or spa brands that actually work, so that may be why (Skin Medica/Glymed/Revision, etc). Anything department store brand, or drugstore brand has much lower %s of active ingredient and takes much longer to show any result.

Polly, I have subscribed to tons of beauty boxes and at the moment have downsized my subs to just ALLURE and BOXYCHARM. At the moment, I have so much makeup that I think I may soon pause on boxycharm but I can NOT unsubscribe without my ALLURE. I agree, I always find at least a couple of items that are useful and make me break out of my ever expanding box…plus I just love the box!

I received the same email but mine had nothing about a refund. Mine said they were charging my card & sending my January box out next week & will give me a tracking # then. Then an hour later received an email saying “opps” ignore the last email & your box will be sent out next week & you will get your tracking # then. How weird… Both emails were basically saying the same thing. I am just wondering why they are sending their beauty boxes out late this month. It seems like a lot of beauty boxes were actually sent out late this month. But this is sooooo weird!!!
Spoke with customer service on 9/14 to update my credit card info. Rep stated that I was all set and I would receive a confirmation email which I did on 9/17 alone with Allure charging my account in the amount of $16.33 for the Sept box. On 9/21 my account was suspended. "Suspended customer's request???" What's that. I called and they said they don't know what happened and don't know why the account said that. Then she told me that I would not receive the Sept box and would have to wait until October. WHAT!!! Your mistake and you charged me for NOTHING!!! DON'T DO IT. SAVE YOURSELF A BIG HEADACHE!!!

She's a really good-looking woman who takes care of herself and she has a successful business. She can most likely afford expensive creams, but she uses this, so I thought I should give it a try. Each month’s box contents will vary, but the company states that they will all contain at least five products and occasionally six or seven. Each product will be unique, though some boxes can have different variations of a similar item. I don’t understand why ppl accuse these companies of scamming. That is bs. This company did not get to where it is by scamming. When they send something other than the sub boxes, they don’t use tracking because it is an added cost. This is typical of all Beauty companies. I have had boxes stolen from outside my apartment door on a few occasions. Once I had an Allure box stolen and they replaced it at no charge and with no questions asked. I think a lot of the result people get is caused by how they talk to the company. I personally find that the more reasonable I am when speaking to them about a problem, the more reasonable they are about a solution. But to call them scammers I think is really off the mark because most companies do their best to try and please their customers, that is how they stay in business. It just bugs me when people assume that everything is always their fault.
