Is there any new news on the November box & that one-day bonus Sunday Riley CEO? I haven’t had any of my emails (to various addresses) returned. Last I heard (here on MSA, bless you all!) was that people who had managed to get a live person on the phone were told that shipments were lost. I haven’t received my December box, either, tho I haven’t unsubscribed because I still want that Sunday Riley if at all possible. I’m not even as much angry anymore as sad.

HORRRRIBLEEE!!! I recieved by box with the nail polish already shattered and damaging every single product in the box so I emailed TWICE asking nicely for a replacement or for a refund and I got no reply so when I finally called after 6 days of no response the woman on the phone didn't so much as even fake apologize she just said "okay you're cancelled" and that was all. Rude and I'll be telling everyone I know. I also referred a bunch of people who signed up and then after this I got them all to cancel and will be telling everyone I can to not waste their money/time. Simple customer service skills could have gone a long way. Damaged items are an easy fix but the people they have replying to emails and phone calls are the real damaged items.

I signed up with the Sunday Riley deal and had issues with my account. I had a pending charge for weeks and it finally fell off. I called them and they said I didn’t have an account. I signed up again and they promised to send me the December box and the Sunday Riley. I have only received the January box and have a feeling they told me what I wanted to hear just to keep me signed up. I’ve read the horror stories on here and hoped I wouldn’t have the same experience.

I appreciate this article, but want to add one comment. I don’t understand why everyone is promoting bone broth these days. The collagen that it contains is made up of amino acids that are abundant in our food supply. So the intact collagen gets broken down into the amino acids that we already have a plethora of. So bone broth or collagen supplements don’t help us get more collagen into the skin, joints or anything. Would you please explain your reasoning?

I think it’s funny that it seems like they waited an extra long time to send these out to weed out the scammers who only got the one box for the high-priced free goodie. I have had allure for over a year, and I cancelled after the Nov box bc I wasn’t interested in the Dec box. So when this promo popped up, I said what the heck and resigned back up. I got a second Nov box, which came in handy for extras in gifts at Christmas, and ended up really liking the Dec box. I haven’t gotten the CEO yet, but if they do end up sending it with the Jan box, I’ll be pleasantly surprised. If I don’t get it, oh well. I still got my money’s worth and then some.
