Ive not been a fan either but these 2 products are superb. They created the retinol for those who do not not the existing one. I dont like the one they already had. This one is actually really good. As far as the oil omg it truly is amazing. It makes my skin so so soft. While it does have the natural oil smell its good it doesnt have fragrance. It contains so many good for you ingredients. I’ve already noticed my face looks more plump and less dull using both of these products.

I think that modelco product is actually the highlighting cream trio, not eyeshadow. Just FYI, it’s a cream bronzer, blush and highlighter in the trio. A “cream to powder finish” they say. So yeah it’s definitely the highlighting trio as they call it (really a cream blush, bronzer and highlighter) and it’s def not an eyeshadow palette trio like you have listed though
Polly, I have subscribed to tons of beauty boxes and at the moment have downsized my subs to just ALLURE and BOXYCHARM. At the moment, I have so much makeup that I think I may soon pause on boxycharm but I can NOT unsubscribe without my ALLURE. I agree, I always find at least a couple of items that are useful and make me break out of my ever expanding box…plus I just love the box!

I’m happy to see that there are several of you that are loving the spoilers for January. Now I loved the December box but I’m definitely not feeling the January or the February box lol. I’m not complaining because I know come March I may love the box. It’s a subscription box you can’t make everyone happy 100% of the time and you know what I accept that and I am ok with that. I signed up for the first month promotion for $7.50. They charge my card and 1.5 weeks later, they charged my card again for the next month subscription even though I haven't received the first box yet. I emailed them to cancel, they replied me with some promotion "4 boxes for $10", I refused but they ignored my answer. I kept emailing them to cancel but never got an answer from them. The next thing I know is that they already shipped another box. This is outrageous.
Ok I just got off the phone with customer service regarding the delay of the box and the email. I received this email and was pretty confused. Customer service states the email was a glitch, it was a mistake and should never have gone out. There are no replacement boxes or refunds, that the January boxes have not mailed out because they are waiting on the products to arrive. (Which seems strange and inaccurate because I literally just read in this feed where a lady already recieved her box with the Sunday Riley products). I really hate to act entitled, but I’ve been with Allure for years now, if it is in fact a screw up they have a duty to tell us, and they have a duty to fulfil subscriptions by seniority.
I had a coupon from a friend so I was able to order the box for half price. I enjoyed trying the new products. There were makeup items and fingernail items. It had also more items than I expected. I really only expected 3 or 4 items in the box so I was happy to see so many different items. They were full sized items not just sample sized. This surprised me also. I like that you can cancel for just a month or two if you need to and you don't have to stop your subscription. But I disliked that I had no choice in the type of product or in the final selection. Some items were products that I have never used and will never use.
Genetics do play a big role. If you’ve “always” had them or since a young age, you have probably inherited them. But other factors such as lack of sleep and lack of hydration will make them worse. Also, if you don’t wear sunglasses, your dark circles may actually be hyperpigmentation. Finally, as you age, the decrease in collagen under your thin skin will make the blood vessels more visible–hence making this area look darker.
This happened to me. I ended up calling the Conde Nast main number to complain. I was told, if you get the subscription box, you cannot get the Black Friday 3 month deal and extra gifts. It’s for NEW customers only. I told them I thought that was BS since, it didn’t state it on the offer that it was for new customers only. They charged, refunded, and charged again, but they ended up refunding me. The computer tries to debit the money from your card automatically but it bounces back as you cannot have 2 open accounts. Getting that deal would have opened a new account and will screw up the subscription. I was waiting over a month for my box and gifts and I HAD TO CALL TO GET THE INFO that I wasn’t getting it. SOB’s!!!! But I love ALLURE, I get the magazine too., I ended up getting a deal off amazon. I still get the subscription but it’s a month to month . SMH! Sorry this happened to you 🙁
