Another cause of under eye bags is simply the stillness of sleeping. These "rise and shine" morning eyes appear because your circulatory system moves more slowly when you are sleeping, leaving excess fluid beneath the eyes. A less-than-rested body (or a stressed one) can prevent your circulatory system from flushing out this extra fluid even after you have been awake for awhile. "Morning eye bags or puffiness is normal," says Dr. Nakamura, "but eye bags that persist throughout the day can be a sign that your body needs more sleep. Eight hours a night is a good goal."
Limit blue light exposure at night. Recent studies reveal that blue light emitted by electronic devices damages your skin perhaps even more so than UV. It also disrupts your sleep cycle–all in all, I notice that staring into my laptop late at night spells disaster for my eye area the next morning. Activate warm-light display on your laptop and phone after sundown. Close your electronics as early as possible at night and read a book instead, if you need to wind down!
After being a long time Ipsy subscriber I will never go back! This box gave me so many full size and/or large sample sized products I am amazed that it’s only $5 more! My pouch did not come ripped like others however I do believe they could improve the quality of the bag. The booklet shows a Beauty Blender Micro Mini set should have been in the box but I received a neon pink NCLA nail polish ($16 retail) that is not mentioned in the booklet. As for the items I think this box was a good mix of genres, from hair, skincare to makeup. Over all this box is better than a lot of others!
