"I ordered this moisturizer because I saw two empty containers in my neighbor's trash! I know this sounds crazy, but I figured that it had to be good if she ordered two of them. She's a really good-looking woman who takes care of herself and she has a successful business. She can most likely afford expensive creams, but she uses this, so I thought I should give it a try. I absolutely love this cream! It makes my skin feel smooth, firm, and very hydrated. I love how it doesn't make my face burn or sting like other retinol products. I subscribed to the Beauty Box and they took the money out and for 2 weeks I didn't get any sort of confirmation. So I emailed them and 1 week later they responded with just saying it will soon be shipped out. The following month I still didn't receive it and all they said was, "Sorry for inconvenience but it was shipped and nothing we can do at this point." My friend received her box and the bag was broken and one other product and they never replaced it. I cancelled my subscription and went through my bank to get my money back because they did not even respond after that.


Horrible service!!! I signed up for December on the 6th and didn't receive my box until the 27th. I was not happy with items and decided to cancel my subscription. They wouldn't answer the phone so I sent an email. They charged my credit card today!! I called to complain and they told me that because of the holidays they probably haven't even gotten to my email yet and can't refund me for January even though they haven't sent the box yet. I told the customer service rep (Nick) that I wanted a refund. He said he couldn't give me one until the box was sent and I sent it back!! WOW!! Horrible!! Now i have to dispute the charge with my credit card company!! Don't order from Allure!!!!
Subscribed to the beauty box via MSA in early August, inputted a different shipping and billing address and they shipped it to my billing address anyway. I called and asked Allure why would they ask for that information if they're going to ship it to the billing address regardless, and they said that there are multiple ways to sign up and usually it defaults to the billing address, even if the shipping option is specified (so why even ask for shipping if that's the case? remove the option?). I contacted them multiple times via phone to see when they would send my beauty box (to the correct address this time). I was originally told 5-10 business days. After ten business days with no box, I reached back out and this time spoke to a manager. She was understanding, refunded my money, said she would send it out again but she informed me they only ship boxes out ONCE A MONTH. it would be 21-30 days for me to receive that box.

Compared to Amazon Lixury beauty this is a no brainer. Literally, there are 6 full size or significant samples of premium product. I will use many, but doubt I will shell out 68 dollars for face oil. You will get good stuff. If you are a fan of cosmetics, go for it. If and when I come across stuff I know is wrong for me, I will save and regift in a goody bag for the charities I support for door prizes or things of that nature. Yesssss
